HOW TO QUICKLY SETTING UP THE TRACKER?

STEP 1. – Activate SIM Buy a local SIM card with 4G (LTE) network function, install it into your mobile phone, activate the SIM card, and remove the SIM card's PIN code. Ensure it can make a call, send a text, and has an internet connection. Once confirmed, insert the SIM into your tracker.

STEP 2. – Turn on the tracker Charge it for about 1 hour first. The yellow and blue indicator lights will start flashing while it searches for a network and GPS. Please wait 5 minutes in a good reception area (by a window or outside) for both lights to come on constantly. If it cannot find a network, the yellow light will continue to flash. Move it to another location.

STEP 3. – Setting APN for the tracker (1) You need to know your tracker's SIM card's APN (you can ask your SIM card provider). (2) Send text message commands to the tracker's SIM card's phone number to set the tracker's APN.

For example: APN is: everywhere APN username is: eesecure APN password is: secure

(1) If your SIM card's APN is without a username and password, send the text command (8030000 + space + APN) to the tracker, and it will reply "SET OK." Text command: 8030000 everywhere

(2) If your APN has a username and password: Send the text command (8030000 + Space + APN + space + APN user + Space + APN pass) to the tracker: 8030000 everywhere eesecure secure

STEP 4. – Setting GPRS mode Send the text command to the device to set the GPRS mode: 7100000 Wait about 30 seconds, and both the blue and orange lights should stay on, meaning you can now log in to the SinoTrackPro web or app to check if the tracker is active. (The username is your tracker's ID number written on the product, and the password is 123456.)

If you set everything up correctly, you can track it online. If it's online but shows a China location, take it to a place with good signal, and it will update your location.

If the device is not online, please check the device settings and send "RCONF" to the device. It will reply with the settings you can check, including: 1. The APN, if it's correct. 2. The IP and Port, if they are correct (you can check if they are the same as in the user manual). 3. The device working mode (GPRS mode).

【Cut Engine Remotely】 The 4G GPS tracker includes a relay. When you find your car has been stolen, you can remotely control your car on your phone and cut the engine by sending an SMS command. The vehicle will stop moving until it receives the "9400000" SMS command, preventing theft in the parking lot.
